The company operates with a global flexible workforce model and has offices in various locations worldwide.About The RoleThey are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation and enhancement of Business Systems technology and software solutions within the organization. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in leading projects related to Salesforce implementations and integrations, demonstrating an ability to collaborate effectively with 3rd party software vendors and implementation consultants.What You’ll DoManage end-to-end project activities for software implementations, including planning, execution, testing, training, monitoring, and closure.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and solution architects to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines and deliverables.Serve as the main point of contact for 3rd party vendors, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.Develop and maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, reports, risk registers, and change control logs.Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues to ensure project success.Conduct regular project meetings to maintain alignment and visibility across all stakeholders.Communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to the Internal Center of Excellence committee.Monitor project budget and resource allocation to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.Promote innovation and continuous improvement by enhancing operational processes and frameworks where necessary.Support overall Program Management under the Business Operations - Systems Director.Who You AreSkilled relationship builder with experience in connecting with partners at all levels.Strong problem-solving skills, capable of creating actionable plans from complex ideas.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and influence team members effectively.Knowledge of the financial services industry is advantageous.Prior experience with Salesforce, including certifications, is mandatory.Experience with technologies like NetSuite, Boomi, Snowflake, Databricks will be advantageous.Their ValuesAct Like an Owner - Operate with intention, purpose, and care. The current salary range for this position is $104,000 - $163,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
