About The RoleAs the
Project Manager (PM)
in this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide to implement software solutions, enhancing their financial performance.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing project timelines, resources, and scope.Providing guidance and oversight to cross-functional project teams, planning and executing intricate projects across various organizations and stakeholders concurrently to facilitate the launch of new projects and processes during the implementation lifecycle.Acting as a client advocate to lead their organization effectively through implementations, with a primary focus on fostering positive professional relationships.Managing project communications and progress using Salesforce, utilizing a built-in project management application and Microsoft Office.Developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project workplans that align with waterfall methodology. Documenting project changes and risks in line with client statement of work standards.Participating in routine planning meetings to prepare for and manage project tasks in accordance with Agile operations.Assisting project leaders in identifying risks, dependencies, and resolving issues.Delivering progress updates through weekly status meetings and monthly executive meetings with clients and internal leadership.Ensuring coordination between different consultancy teams to ensure clear definition and timely completion of implementation tasks.Handling expectations and escalations from both internal team members and clients.Providing support for account management activities as required with designated client accounts.What we’re looking for:3+ years of project management experience within a software implementation environment.Knowledge of software implementation in healthcare or finance is advantageous.Demonstrated drive to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges continuously.Strong self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with minimal guidance when needed.How we work:This role is ideally located in Chicago, IL, or St. Louis, MO.
