SCCM Engineer needs 8+ years of experience in SCCM administration and engineering
SCCM Engineer requires:
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
Local to Marlborough, MA; could go into lab 5-6 times a month
8+ years of experience in SCCM administration and engineering
In-depth knowledge of SCCM architecture, features, and components (required)
Proficient in PowerShell scripting and SQL queries (required)
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (required)
Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and Azure (plus)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Certification in SCCM, Microsoft, or ITIL (plus)
SCCM Engineer duties:
Plan, design, and implement SCCM infrastructure and site systems
Deploy and update operating systems, applications, and patches using SCCM
Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and compliance issues
Create and maintain SCCM reports and dashboards
Develop and document SCCM policies, procedures, and best practices
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure SCCM integration and compatibility
Provide technical support and guidance to L2 and L3 teams
