**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Trial Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing high-stakes litigation cases from inception through resolution. This role requires exceptional trial advocacy skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of complex legal issues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
- Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
- Prepare and present persuasive legal arguments in court.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to gather evidence and build strong cases.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar membership and in good standing.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a trial attorney, with a proven track record of success in high-stakes litigation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in a specialized area of law (e.g., commercial litigation, personal injury, intellectual property).
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
