Full time Nurse Practitioner - Sleep Medicine - 4 Day Week!
We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team of sleep medicine specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sleep medicine or related clinical settings and be able to provide comprehensive care to patients with sleep disorders.
The responsibilities of this position include:Conducting comprehensive sleep assessments and evaluationsDeveloping and implementing treatment plans for patients with sleep disordersEducating patients about sleep disorders and their treatmentsCollaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patientsPartner with other members of sleep medicine team(e.g., sleep technologists, respiratory therapists, MA's)This role will be 4 days per week, standard 8 hour work day with 60 minutes for new patients and 30 minutes for established patients when coming in for follow upAverage 12-16 patients per day, focus on healthcare over volumeProvides office-based sleep services to new and established patients(above age 5, ages 2-5 with Physician screening of case in advance)Qualifications for this position include:
Master's degree in nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited programRegistered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practiceAdvanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification in sleep medicineOpen to new graduates looking to specialize!Excellent clinical skills and judgmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills
