D.)Bi-LingualPreferred:Certifications and Licenses Required (if applicable):Certification in phlebotomy and/or training programBasic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required.Scheduling Requirements (non-exempt positions):VariesDaysFull-TimeEssential Functions:Psychosocial Assessments: Able to conduct forensic psychosocial evaluations of Spanish-speaking children and adolescents referred for child maltreatmentCrisis Intervention: Provides crisis intervention and emergency services to child victims and families as needed, in English or Spanish.Spanish-speaking Parent Support Group Leader: Facilitates and leads Trauma-Focused support group for parents of child abuse victims; Trains Master s level social work and psychology students to co-lead Spanish-speaking group sessions.Psychotherapy: Provides trauma-focused individual and group therapy to child victims and families in Spanish.Forensic Reports, treatment plans and progress notes: Provides well integrated psychosocial evaluations in timely fashion for use by DCPP and their Deputy Attorney Generals (DAGs) as needed for court proceedings.
