Alpine Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time Associate DVM to join our team!
Alpine Animal Hospital is a two doctor general practice located in Mountain View, CA. We are seeking a DVM that can support us full-time Thursday-Saturday. (Part Time availability would also be considered.)
Equipment Perks
We have IDEXX lab equipment, digital/dental x-ray, and a dedicated surgical suite. We also work closely with well-known board-certified specialists who travel to our hospitals for ultrasounds and/or cardio workups when recommended by our Veterinarians.

Mountain View is a scenic town in the Santa Clara Valley with views of the Santa Cruz Mountains. We are a short commuting distance (less than 1/2 hour) to Silicon Valley and San Francisco, and are headquartered to some of the world's largest tech companies. Mountain View is an incredibly pedestrian/bike friendly town with a bustling downtown.

Supports excellence in client experienceWorks collaboratively with HM and Medical DirectorPractices high quality, gold standard medicineExamine, diagnose, and treat animals brought into the veterinary clinic/hospital for medical carePerform surgical procedures as needed, including routine spay/neuter operations as well as more complex surgeriesPrescribe and administer medications, treatments, and preventative care plansInterpret diagnostic tests such as x-rays, blood work, etc. and develop treatment plansMaintain comprehensive patient medical records and documentationAssist in emergencies and provide urgent/critical care when neededStay up-to-date on new veterinary techniques, medications, and best practicesCOMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
Valid and in good standing licensed veterinarian within the state of California2+ years of clinical experienceStrong clinical skills and sound medical judgmentGood communication skills, both written and verbalTime-management and delegation abilitiesExercises sound judgment and demonstrates exemplary decision-making skillsProfessionalism and courtesy in all interactions with others
