Chief Purpose of this position:
The Department of Radiology seeks a candidate to provide general diagnostic radiology imaginginterpretation, including conventional radiographs, CT, US, and MR with the useof state-of-the-art equipment.
Position Responsibilities:
Clinical - Provide high quality imaging interpretations for assigned modalities in support of the referring physicians and patients of the VCUHS. Responsibilities include conventional radiographs, CT, MR, and US.
Required Qualifications:Applicants should be ABR certified or have passed the Core Component of the ABR Board examinationFellowship trained in MSK, Abdominal or Cardiothoracic imagingThe applicant must demonstrate experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff and student environment or commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCUCandidate must be eligible for a Virginia medicallicenseCandidate must be eligible for permanent employment in the USAPreferred Qualifications:
Strong clinical background in imaging
