Perform procedures with experienced cardiovascular staff; scope could include both interventional and peripheral vascular proceduresCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and ensure seamless continuity of care for patientsConduct outpatient consultations and follow-up appointments in the clinic settingParticipate in hospital rounds to monitor and manage the progress of hospitalized patients and adjust treatment plans as necessaryProvide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding cardiovascular health, treatment options, and lifestyle modificationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, progress notes, and treatment plansStay abreast of advancements in cardiology research, technology, and treatment modalities through continuing education and professional development activitiesAbility to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serveEvaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient carePatient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environmentQualifications:
