They believe you’ll do the best work of your life here—and you’ll pioneer the future of education, too.What you'll do:As a Project Manager, you will coordinate the rostering and single sign-on (SSO) implementation at the hiring company. Your mission will be to ensure that each district’s implementation is delivered timely and to the district’s needs as they expand their district relationships. Working closely with school districts and internal teams, you will:Manage Implementation Projects: Oversee the setup and integration of Rostering and SSO solutions from start to finish, ensuring that each district’s specific needs are met.Coordinate with Stakeholders: Act as the main technical point of contact for districts, facilitating communication and collaboration between school IT staff and the internal teams.Optimize Systems and Processes: Develop and refine project management processes to ensure the most efficient implementation and support of services.Ensure Detailed Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation that supports both implementation and ongoing management.Deliver Training and Support: Provide necessary training to district staff to ensure successful adoption and use of the platform.Drive Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and conduct post-implementation reviews to continually improve implementation processes.You might be a good fit if:You have 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within technology implementation settings, and have a track record of successful project delivery.You are a master organizer and communicator who thrives in managing multiple stakeholders and complex requirements.You adapt quickly and are solution-oriented, able to handle the dynamics of school IT environments and the specific challenges they present.You are a strategic planner with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that nothing gets overlooked and every part of the project is executed to the highest standard.You possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with both internal team members and external clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.Bonus: You’ve worked with SSO & Rostering implementation before and are familiar with the unique needs and expectations of working with student data at scale.
