The FoodChain ID vision encompasses nothing less than assuring the safety, transparency, and integrity of the global food chain, one client and product at a time.Job DescriptionPerform consultant and business analyst roles on business to business (B2B) software implementation projectsProvide functional support on projectsProactively engage with stakeholders at all levels throughout the implementation process to analyze the customers’ needs and alignment with requirementsMaintain a detailed knowledge of the software being implementedWork in partnership with the FCID project manager on your projects to own the solutionContribute to continued process improvement, and develop repeatable methodologies and best practices, while maintaining thorough project documentationDemonstrate solid verbal and written communication skillsRecommend implementation resourcing and high level planning on prospective project opportunities.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to the food industry and software implementationEssential Requirements:Outstanding general consulting skills (soft skills, structured thinking, effective report writing, communication, presenting, and stakeholder engagement)Knowledge and experience of significant aspects of related disciplines such as Enterprise Software, Enterprise Architecture, Agile Software Development and Digital TechnologiesExperience with Manufacturing or Retail industries including specific experience with enterprise supply chain solutions.At least 3 years of IT consulting experienceAbility to operate in a fluid environment and comfortable with high levels of uncertainty.Preferred:Bachelor’s or graduate degree. Major in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Food SciencesExperience with Process Manufacturing industriesExperience with implementing and administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process
