Who We Are Looking For

WebPT is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Product Manager to help support the development of the industry leading EMR SaaS solution for therapy professionals. The Product Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day product validation, development preparation, build and launch phases of the development process. This role will support our Product team in developing products and product features from concept to EOL. The Product Manager understands both the engineering and business side of each product release and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user’s needs through regular sprint and program reviews.

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

Collaborate with the product team, key stakeholders, development, and product marketing to translate vision, features, and business requirements into documented solutions, epics, and user stories.Work with product team and technical leads to determine scope, timing, and priorities for multiple agile development cycles.Build, maintain, prioritize, and own the development roadmap.Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing and Release Management in the development of release plans.Support development processes, including story/feature acceptance, data analysis, and test data creation.Facilitate solution definition and design with UX and Engineering.Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.Assist member-facing teams with analysis and explanation of application functionality.Assist with investigation of client-reported and internally identified system issues to determine causes and propose solutions.Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally.Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases.Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance adhering to all HIPAA regulations.Reliable and punctual in reporting for work and taking designated breaks.

What You Should Have To Qualify

Proficient in documenting processes and workflows.Proficient in Agile software development methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Understanding of the healthcare market and EMR/EHR systems.Team Player with empathy for users, clients, team members, stakeholders, etc.

Ideally, You Would Also Have These

Two years of experience working as a Product Owner or Product ManagerPrevious experience in a healthcare environment.Ability to create workflow diagrams(Lucid Chart).Ability to illustrate simple wireframes.Experience interacting with customers to understand their problems and potential solutions.

Our aim is to provide equitable compensation that recognizes your unique skills and contributions. During interviews, we'll discuss your qualifications and expectations, striving for a competitive and fair offer. The initial hiring range for this position is: $76,500 - $99,500.
