A construction services company in Virginia is looking to add an experienced Administrative professional to join their growing team as an Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities:The Executive Assistant will:Interface with Executives, assistants, and other internal/external professionals both nationally and internationallyManage calendar for Senior ExecutivesCoordinate logistics for meetings, events, etc.Coordinate, prepare, and reconcile expenses, as neededAttend meetings with Project Executive or Management to capture meeting minutes and type them for review and approvalAdministrative duties such as travel arrangements, typing letters, memorandums and correspondenceAssist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documentsAssist in organization of project-wide eventsOrganize, prioritize, and summarize the content on incoming mail, calls, special requests, and meetingsQualifications:

8+ years of Administrative experience supporting Senior-level ExecutivesHigh School Diploma / GED from an accredited institutionDesired Skills:

Polished demeanor.Strong typing skills.Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio.Strong customer service skills.Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment.Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented.
