The Department of Surgery at the University of Minnesota is actively recruiting a talented and clinicallyproductive board certified/eligible vascular surgeon. The University vascular service team performs allmanner of open and endovascular procedures, and expertise in these areas is crucial. The mustdemonstrate an interest to work within a multidisciplinary framework to provide comprehensivevascular care to our patients. The position will be involved with vascular surgery education to ensure anoutstanding educational experience for residents and fellows.
Qualifications
Successful candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD or DO degree (the employer accepts foreigneducational equivalent) and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted Minnesota medical license. Thecandidate must have completed an approved fellowship in vascular surgery and be eligible forcertification of special qualifications in vascular surgery. Faculty rank and salary will be commensuratewith credentials. Strong commitment to patient care, education, and clinical research is required. Ademonstrated commitment to a collaborative interdisciplinary approach to vascular care is preferred.About the Department
