Kaiser Permanente / The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is currently seeking a part-time, residency trained (preferred) optometrist for our growing team. This individual would split time between our Kennesaw and Duluth offices (1 day per week at each). This is an excellent opportunity to practice full scope optometry in a multidisciplinary/co-management setting. We are an ocular disease heavy practice and work closely with our retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics specialists to provide quality care to our members.

Requirements
Graduation from accredited college of optometry with a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree National Provider Identifier (NPI) number Licensure in the state of Georgia including certification in the use of diagnostic and therapeutic agents Minimum 1 year optometric residency preferred
