Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. This individual will be extremely well-versed in created customized dashboards in Tableau, as well as have experience pulling data from Jira/Jira Align.
Analyze information from Jira Align Enterprise InsightsBuild customized dashboards in Tableau for senior and executive leadershipDeliver reporting on metrics related to agilityUse qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operationsProvide hands on support to integrate tools and drive data standards across a suite of tools, especially Jira, Jira Advanced Roadmaps and Jira Align
Required Skills & Experience
Experience developing reporting derived from Jira/Jira AlignExperience pulling backend data from Jira Align + Enterprise Insights (highly preferred), backend data from Jira is also acceptable.Experience building customized dashboards in TableauSQL (building queries)PythonIn-depth understanding of relational databasesInner and outer joinsProven ability to support to Agile toolsUnderstands Agile and Jira terminologyi.e. Epics, features, OKRs, dependency mapping, etc.Prior experience in supporting user community by generating reporting with data derived from Jira /Jira Align/Agile ToolsAnalytical and investigation skillsExperience in creating, applying, and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance dataAbility to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision as well as in a team environment
