Responsibilities & Requirements
We're looking for a skilled professional who can:
Manage overall case proceedings
Analyze records and reports effectively
Assign, delegate, and oversee tasks for case managers, legal assistants, and office staff
Conduct thorough discovery to gather evidence for successful litigation
Evaluate medical records and reports, applying criteria from the American Medical Association Guides to Permanent Disability 5th Edition
Determine appropriate case values and draft settlement demands
Negotiate settlements and provide clients with informed recommendations on legal matters related to their workers' compensation cases
Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings with proficiency in litigation
