Divorce/Family Law Attorney

A law firm in Wellington, FL, seeks a dynamic and experienced Divorce/Family Law Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in family law practice and will be responsible for representing clients in various divorce and family law matters.Duties:Represent clients in divorce proceedings, including child custody, child support, alimony, and property division matters.Provide legal advice and guidance on family law issues to clients.Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' cases.Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' interests in court.Attend hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings as required.Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida State Bar.1-6 years of experience practicing family law, focusing on divorce matters preferred.Strong understanding of Florida family law statutes and procedures.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Florida State Bar.Skills:Knowledge of Florida family law statutes and procedures.Legal research and writing skills.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.Company infoBCG Attorney Search801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900MiamiFloridaUnited States 33131Phone :
