The role entails managing various family law cases and providing legal counsel to clients on divorce, child custody, and spousal support.Duties:Manage a caseload of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and paternity disputes.Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and court filings.Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, hearings, and trials.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law issues.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case management and strategy.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida State Bar in good standing.3-7 years of experience practicing family law.Thorough knowledge of Florida family law statutes and procedures.Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.Sensitivity and empathy in dealing with clients' personal and emotional issues.Certifications:Admission to the Florida State Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:Familiarity with Florida family law.Legal research and analytical skills.Case management and strategy development.Drafting and reviewing legal documents.Negotiation and mediation abilities.Client counseling and communication.Courtroom advocacy.Time management and organization.
