Garan Lucow Miller P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney with

3+ years

of personal injury defense litigation experience for the Firm’s

Detroit

office. Qualified candidates will have experience in the following:Independently handle 1st and 3rd party auto litigation is

required

;Development of case strategy and advise Firm clients accordingly;Preparation of Motions, Briefs, Case Evaluation Summaries, and Facilitation Summaries;Ability to conduct discovery, including written discovery and taking and defending depositions;Working in both State and Federal Courts;ExperiencePrior experience with tracking billable hours is

preferred but not required
