Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney with 7+ years of personal injury defense litigation experience for the Firm's Detroit office.Qualified Candidates Will Have Experience In The Following
Independently handle 1st and 3rd party auto litigation.Development of case strategy and advise Firm clients accordingly.Preparation of Motions, Briefs, Case Evaluation Summaries, and Facilitation Summaries.Ability to conduct discovery, including written discovery and taking and defending depositions.Working in both State and Federal Courts.Experience
Prior experience with tracking billable hours is preferred but not required.Skills/Qualifications
Prior trial experience is preferred but not required.Must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
