Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 87,500 sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees.

Job Description

Primary Function: Ensure process-compliant batch release for downstream process steps

- Independent inspection of batch documentation with all necessary individual tasks (e.g. manufacturing records, internal complaints, inspection orders, etc)

- Ensuring deviation management (preparation of internal complaints)

- Execution of batch releases (e.g. for semi-finished goods, goods receipt)

- Preparation of the necessary documentation according to internal specifications (control charts, evaluations, etc)

- Carrying out pallet release and special measurements according to specifications

- Certificate procurement and organization of inspection lots according to instructions

Qualifications

- 3 years of vocational training in quality assurance

- 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance

- 1-2 years of experience in risk identification

- Proven track record of priortizing tasks and meeting deadlines

- Proficient computer skills including MS Office and spreadsheets

- Organized, detail oriented and possess ability to multi-task

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal staff and management
