The ideal candidate will have excellent legal skills, including research and writing abilities, and the ability to handle a significant caseload independently. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.Duties:Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration matters.Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents with various government agencies.Conduct legal research and analysis of immigration laws, regulations, and policies.Monitor immigration policy and regulatory changes and provide guidance on compliance.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient and effective representation of clients.Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients.Handle a significant caseload and meet minimum case completion metrics.Conduct consultations for potential new clients and assess their immigration needs.Work closely with paralegals through case processes.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Membership in the Bar of any state and ability to practice before the immigration court and USCIS.2 years of immigration experience, ideally with removal defense.3 years of experience in drafting/writing legal documents.Fluency in Spanish is preferred.Skills:Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.Deep understanding of immigration law.Fluency in Spanish is preferred.Company infoBCG Attorney Search1629 K ST NW, Suite 300WashingtonDistrict of ColumbiaUnited States 20006Phone :
