With a broad mandate to experiment and innovate, we are growing at an unprecedented rate with a seemingly endless range of new opportunities.The responsibilities of the Program Manager would be as follows:Plan and execute multiple projects, collaborating cross functionally/geographicallyDesign and develop processes to simplify operations and improve customer experienceDevelop metrics and mechanisms to improve efficiencies and customer experienceOwn weekly, monthly and quarterly business review documentation including tracking, executing and communicating status of action items to senior stakeholdersLead annual planning exercise, conceptualizing new work streams and converting it to workable operational plans including staffing plans, tooling plans and process designBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree with an MBA from a reputed institution is preferredFive plus years of project management experience in a reputed multinational organizationSelf-driven person who thrives in an ambiguous environmentAnalytical thinker with structured problem solving skillsProcess design and process improvement capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to logically influence peers, stakeholders and senior leadersResult oriented with strong planning and execution skillsExceptionally strong written and verbal communication skillsSound judgment and flexibility in balancing multiple programs to meet tight deadlinesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceBachelor's degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesPosted:
