This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end Deployment order management, Problem Service Reports, post-deployment support, internal material requisitions, delivery troubleshooting, supply gap troubleshooting and inventory health review.
The Deployment Order Manager is a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing operational processes, analyzing trends, and recommending and implementing process improvements. The successful candidate is inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, energized by the challenge to raise the bar, has strong writing and communication skills, demonstrates sound judgment, has a keen attention to detail, and actively supports and fosters a culture of inclusion.

3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience2+ years of supply chain experienceBachelor's degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
