And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be supporting procurement ops for data center construction categories.We ensure our customers receive world class procurement and supply chain support through the entire procure to pay process. Customer Obsession, Bias for Action, and Ownership are the core of all we do.Data Center Services Procurement (DCSP) supports Data Center Planning and Delivery (DCPD) in obtaining the best services at the lowest costs, and manages the full “Supplier Lifecycle” including Strategic Sourcing and Intake, Onboarding, Solicitations, Spending and Transaction Policy (S&TP) Compliance, Contract management, Supplier Development, as well as all the follow on activities with Requisitioning and Payment Operations.Key job responsibilities

Ensuring operations procurement complianceDocumenting operations scope and processesImplementing mechanisms to increase procurement efficienciesManaging procurement processes consistently on a regional basisMonthly and weekly reporting to Sr leadership by category of all procurement ops transactionsBecome a subject matter expert on all systems and policies related to team programsManage PR queues and intake workflowsPO processes and resolving systems related issuesMinimize invoice approval escalations and holdsWork with App development teams and define process requirementsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience2+ years of supply chain experienceBachelor's degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
