We are looking for a Director of Medical Partnerships to join our team in South Florida, specifically

Palm Beach and Boca Raton . This position reports directly to the VP of Medical Partnerships. This individual will be responsible for achieving sales goals, establishing relationships with medical and marketing partners, and building an external medical partner customer base who want to offer Sollis membership to their practice.Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with local specialty medical providers to grow the Sollis membership through referralsEstablish and lead regional B2B sales business, overseeing new business from lead generation through closingEstablish medical specialist partners for our members to be referred out toDevelop and implement new sales strategies and promotions, catered to the local marketWork with marketing team to create events, press, publicity and any necessary materials to close new salesBuild and establish marketing partnerships with value-add brands in the health, wellness and luxury spaceEnsure that sales team continues to act as an advocate for patients in receiving excellent care and delivering on our brand promiseMust travel to meet with Medical Partners frequentlyPerform related duties as requestedRequirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required5+ years proven track record of exceeding sales goals in the enterprise or medical sales spaceStrong physician relationships in the Southern Florida (Boca and Palm Beach) market is preferredStrong background in planning and executing effective sales strategies in a regional marketProspecting, cold calling and contract negotiation skillsExperience managing sales team a plusOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think and work independently, effectively and efficientlyCreative thinker who can generate novel ways to access contacts and generate leads when traditional strategies aren’t workingHigh proficiency with Salesforce, data visualization and tracking of individual (and team) progress towards goalsExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsComp & Benefits:
