Are you a self-motivated, competitive, and highly-driven salesperson in the real estate industry (with basic knowledge of the escrow process) looking to take the next step in your career? The ideal sales representative will work directly with realtors, lenders, and affiliates building a partnership between our clients and our escrow team promoting and educating real estate agents on our escrow services, technology, tools, and resources. Be able to educate on social media technology and use the tools already available to them. Through persistence and consistency you, (our ideal hire), will build trust among Real Estate Agents, and one day go from being a Sales Rep, to a friend, to partner vested in their success, to all of the above!
Responsibilities:
Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
Assist clients with social media applications and assist with technology currently available
Qualifications:
You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
You must have a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
To be successful in this role, you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
CRM experience preferred
Compensation: $50,000 plus commission
