CLASS SUMMARY
:This is the second of six levels in the Transportation series. Incumbents transport customers in a large passenger vehicle. Responsibilities may include driving a large bus or van on an assigned route; inspecting assigned vehicle for cleanliness and safety; performing routine, minor vehicle maintenance; selling tickets and collecting fares; and maintaining records of activities.

TYPICAL CLASS ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pound of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Incumbents may be subjected to fumes, odors, and extreme temperatures.
