RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Doral, FL.
Overview:
This position will report to the Director Global Sourcing Solutions. As part of the Sourcing Technology team, the Data Analyst will provide the Sourcing teams at Corporate and the opco's with data support for the sourcing/purchasing efforts which will allow the company to leverage our global scale.
This position will support all key spend areas, including but not limited to: Ports, Shore Excursions, Technical, IT, Food & Beverage, Hotel, Freight, Marketing, Air Travel, and Retail. This position will provide a great opportunity to learn about the operations across our 10 global brands as well as in a wide variety of spend categories and sourcing markets.
This position is responsible for working with key Sourcing stakeholders across our 9 Brands to provide data and reporting support for specific sourcing activities. Positive relationship building with the ability to be influential without direct authority will be required.
The position will be responsible for the following areas:
Design and maintain Data and reporting Solutions in Power BI and other toolsSQL Development (Microsoft/Oracle)Create/maintain Coupa AIC Dashboards and Data Visualizations.Spend Analytics AIC monthly data refresh planning & executionData imports, extracts, other data management activitiesDocument Business Requirements for data solutionsManage ongoing maintenance and updates of data solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required; Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems preferred, or related experience3 years of experience with a track record of driving results in systems support, design, and development; Prior sourcing/supply chain experience/knowledge preferred but not required3 years of experience as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or equivalent levelSQL skill at intermediate levelExpert level proficiency in Power BI a mustStrong analytical and process improvement skillsProven history of designing, implementing, supporting software solutions at a Global corporationExpert level proficiency in building and administering Power BI dashboardsFamiliar with writing SQL queries in Oracle as well as SQL Server databasesDemonstrated Project management skills or previous experience with Agile development (scrum, etc.)Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Project, and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to influence others and interact with all levels of the organization - able to interface independently and effectively with peers in other departments/BrandsWell organized and can prioritize multiple requests simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced business environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Python and SSIS preferredExperience with SSRS, Tableau (or any other Data Visualization tools) is a plusAriba contract management is a plus but not requiredExperience with Python, SSIS is preferredExperience with SSRS, Tableau is a plus but not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
