What you'll be doing:
Oversee accounts payable to ensure all supporting documentation is received, all line items are accurately categorized and interface with the Project Management team to confirm project statusManage inventory operations by conducting the three way match between POs, invoices, and delivery receipts as well as monthly inventory reconciliationsCoordinate with Grants and Project Management team to gather documentation needed for funding sourcesPrepare monthly journal entries, complete general ledger reconciliations, and update financial workbooksReview and approve expense reportsPerforming miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
What you'll need:
A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance1-2 years of experience in a corporate accounting environmentUnderstanding of GAAP, Month-end close, and solid excel skills
