Executive Legal RecruiterExecutive Recruiter ResponsibilitiesSource, recruit, and headhunt top legal talent on a national scale across the U.SUtilize state-of-the-art tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and ZoomInfo for efficient and effective recruitmentUnderstand client requirements and culture to ensure a strong match between candidates and organizationsScreen and evaluate potential candidates through interviews, assessments, and other evaluation criteriaCollaborate closely with Account Managers to understand and meet the needs of new and current accountsMaintain regular communication with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the processStay updated on legal market trends, bringing a strategic perspective to hiring processes and practicesReport and provide feedback to management regularlyExecutive Recruiter RequirementsMust have at least 7 years of staffing agency recruiting experience in the legal industryFamiliarity with job boards, databases, and professional networksExpert negotiating skills for salary discussions, securing candidates, and fostering lasting client relationshipsTech-savviness with the ability to learn and adapt to evolving recruitment software and toolsStrong understanding of the legal industry, including key players, skills, and hiring standards direct industry experience is preferredCreative problem solver with strong analytical skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectivelyA results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiencyBachelor's degree is preferred but not requiredAbility to work onsite in San Diego, CA is preferred, but open to hybrid or remote work arrangementsBenefits100% paid medical insuranceDental and Vision insurance401K Plan with matchPaid holidaysWork-Life BalanceDaily coffee and snacks on usRegular team building/culture eventsSO much more!Why join?Boutique Recruiting offers a fun work environment with music, and a close team environment with room for growth.
