is a privately held boutique staffing firm. We provide recruiting services in the areas of Technical and Skilled Trades, Finance, Accounting, Administration, Customer Service, and all other professional services. As the competition slows down, we are busier than ever! To keep up with our rapid expansion, we are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our industry-leading team in a hybrid position based out of our San Diego, CA office! This position will recruit on a national basis for high-level technical roles such as carpenters, electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, welders, mechanics and more across the U.S. Unlike many organizations, this position has NO sales component – whatsoever. It is purely recruiting and sourcing candidates directly. We are looking for a top-quality recruiter with a deep understanding of the technical and skilled trades sector. Someone who is upbeat, persistent, a strong communicator with exceptional follow-through, and driven by a strong desire to make a big impact in the industry!Why Join Us?

$150,000 - $375,000 DOEResponsibilities
Source, recruit, and source top technical talent on a national scale across the USUtilize state-of-the-art tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and ZoomInfoUnderstand client requirements and culture to ensure a strong match between candidates and organizationsScreen and evaluate potential candidates through interviews, assessments, and other evaluation criteriaCollaborate closely with Account Managers to understand and meet the needs of new and current accountsStay updated on technical market trends, bringing a strategic perspective to hiring processes and practicesReport and provide feedback to management regularlyRequirements:
Prior experience recruiting for carpentry, electrician, plumbing, HVAC, mechanics, welding & other related technical/trade rolesA demonstrated track record of successful placementsFamiliarity with job boards, databases, and professional networksExpert negotiating skillsProficiency with recruitment software and toolsStrong understanding of the technical and skilled trades industryExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectivelyBachelor's degree is preferred but not requiredBenefits:
