you will find that as well as outstanding opportunities for professionals looking to grow in their careers.The IAM Analyst II works as part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, using expertise to improve and mature Identity Governance and Administration.This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE. This position is Hybrid eligible with 50% in the office required.This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship. #LI-AM1 / #LI-HybridWhat will you do?Administer and develop projects related to IAM, automation, and reporting such as new product design for greater operational efficiencies across a variety of applications and departments
Work with internal customers, product owners and external partners to understand access requirements and build IAM solutions
Engineer and code IAM technology and workflow implementations
Lead, mentor, and serve as a technology expert that works with other members of the Production Automation team
What are we looking for?3+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) software and systems
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience
Experience with Cloud IAM practices
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle knowledge (SDLC), including testing and code review
Solid programming knowledge in one or more languages
Who would excel in this role?Experience with SailPoint or similar platform
Experience working in an Agile environment
Basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for ITIL and other IT-related items
Experience with DevOps concepts and methods
Familiarity with infrastructure department processes and procedures
