The Junior-Mid Level Benefits Associate Attorney will support benefits and compensation matters, including qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent legal analysis, writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to work well independently and within a team.Duties:

Provide legal support and counsel on benefits and compensation matters, including qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements.Assist in benefits and compensation aspects of M&A transactions.Handle ERISA litigation and withdrawal liability matters (experience in these areas is a plus).Conduct legal research and analysis on benefits and compensation issues.Draft legal documents, including plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and employee communications.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on various legal matters.Requirements:

2-4 years of benefits experience in private practice.J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.Excellent academic credentials.Detail-oriented with strong writing, oral advocacy, and communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and within a team.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.Ability to manage confidential information with tact and discretion.Confidence in identifying and analyzing legal issues and initiating solutions.Agility in responding to unexpected challenges and maintaining composure.Education and Certifications:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.Skills:
