The Junior-Mid Level Benefits Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support and counsel related to benefits and compensation matters. This role involves working with qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements. Experience with supporting benefits and compensation in M&A, ERISA litigation, and withdrawal liability is desirable.Duties:Provide legal support and counsel on benefits and compensation matters.Assist with qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements.Support benefits and compensation aspects of M&A transactions.Handle ERISA litigation matters.Analyze withdrawal liability issues.Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda.Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff.Requirements:2-4 years of benefits experience in private practice.Detail-oriented with excellent writing, oral advocacy, communication, and legal analysis skills.J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.Excellent academic credentials.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and within a team.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Confidence to identify and analyze issues, make decisions, and initiate actions/solutions.Education and Certifications:J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.Skills:Excellent writing, oral advocacy, communication, and legal analysis skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Confidence to identify and analyze issues, make decisions, and initiate actions/solutions.Job Location:
