Position: Junior-Mid Level Benefits Associate AttorneyLocation: Madison, WIType: Full-timeDuties:

Provide legal support and counsel on a range of benefits and compensation matters.Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various benefit plan documents, agreements, and disclosures.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex benefits and compensation issues.Assist in benefits-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, ERISA litigation, and withdrawal liability matters.Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to provide comprehensive legal advice and solutions.Requirements:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.2-4 years of benefits experience in private practice.Experience with qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements.Excellent academic credentials.Ability to learn and adapt to evolving legal standards and firm needs.Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Effective teamwork and relationship-building skills at all levels.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion.Confidence in issue identification, decision-making, and problem-solving.Agility to respond to unexpected challenges with innovative solutions while maintaining professionalism.Education and Certifications:
