The Junior-Mid Level Benefits Associate Attorney will support various aspects of benefits and compensation law, including qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of benefits experience in private practice and strong communication, legal analysis, and advocacy skills.Duties:

Provide legal support and counsel on benefits and compensation matters.Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements related to benefits and compensation.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex benefits and compensation issues.Collaborate with senior attorneys on client matters, including M&A transactions and ERISA litigation.Support the firm's clients in navigating issues related to withdrawal liability.Requirements:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.2-4 years of benefits experience in private practice.Experience with qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements.Experience supporting benefits and compensation in M&A transactions and ERISA litigation is a plus.Excellent academic credentials.Detail-oriented with strong writing, oral advocacy, communication, and legal analysis skills.Education & Certifications:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.Skills:
