The Junior-Mid Level Benefits Associate Attorney will provide legal support in various benefits and compensation matters, including but not limited to qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing, oral advocacy, communication, and legal analysis skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Duties:

Provide legal support in benefits and compensation matters, including qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements.Support benefits and compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).Handle ERISA litigation and withdrawal liability matters (experience in these areas is a plus).Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.Assist in advising clients on benefits-related issues.Requirements:

2-4 years of benefits experience in private practice.J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.Excellent academic credentials.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.Ability to identify and analyze issues, make decisions, and initiate actions/solutions.Confidence to handle unexpected challenges and develop innovative solutions.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Education and Certifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.Skills:
