Business Development Manager (Dallas)National Legal Service Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow a book of business. Company offers end-to-end legal support services to law firms, corporations, and governmental agencies throughout the nation in Court Reporting, Record Retrieval, Jury Research, Litigation Graphics, and Language Services with a proven track record of success in selling and delivering various services.CompensationGenerous Base Salary PLUS an UNCAPPED industry-leading commission structure (NO CAP) along with other perks and reimbursements.Base Salary: $65-75k plus uncapped commission/income potential. First-year all-in comp target: $140kRequirementsMinimum 2-4 years' experience in business-to-business salesLegal sales experience in court reporting, litigation graphics, trial presentation support, and jury research services is a plus.Reliable with an unbeatable work ethic.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Unquestionable integrity and a willingness to learn.Desire to grow both professionally and personally.Must have a hunger for success.Bachelor's Degree or equivalentResponsibilitiesProspect new clients by phone, in person, using social media, and other methods.Attend industry trade shows and conferences.Canvas, prospect, and present services in a sales territory that includes Dallas, TX, and the surrounding areas.Deliver on KPIs and activity benchmarks.Stay informed about industry trends and competition both locally and nationally.Produce accurate prospective new business forecasts on a monthly basis.Continue to grow and cultivate a book of business by upselling legal services.Benefits IncludeMedical, Dental, Vision401kPTO
