This role offers the opportunity to work on internationally recognized finance transactions, mainly focusing on novel financing deals in the energy transition space.Job Duties:Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.Ensure timely and accurate completion of work products.Meet deadlines and expectations while performing required duties.Cultivate positive relationships within the firm and with external parties.Adhere to firm policies and practices.Engage in various activities, including working on computers, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as necessary.Perform other assigned duties, tasks, or projects.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in Arizona (AZ).Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Experience handling financing and M&A transactions in the energy transition sector, with expertise in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.Strong analytical and writing skills.Attention to detail and sound business judgment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving abilities.Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others.Management skills are advantageous.Benefits:
