The Junior to Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney will primarily handle energy transition finance matters, focusing on financing and M&A transactions for energy projects and companies. The emphasis will be on tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.Duties:

Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce high-quality deliverables, promptly respond to correspondence, and answer phone calls professionally.Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet deadlines as required.Build and maintain positive relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.Adhere to all firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including extended computer work, virtual conference calls, and meeting attendance as necessary.Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Texas.Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters, specifically handling transactions in financing and M&A of energy projects and companies.Proven expertise in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.Strong analytical and writing skills with keen attention to detail.Sound business judgment and excellent organizational abilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Effective research and problem-solving capabilities.Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others persuasively.Education and Certifications:
