Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum 3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Experience handling transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies, focusing on tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.Skills:
Strong analytical and writing skills.Exceptional attention to detail and good business judgment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving abilities.Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others.Education and Certifications:
