A law firm in Austin, TX, is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on internationally recognized matters, focusing on novel financing deals in the energy transition space.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice in Texas (TX).Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Experience handling transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies, with a proven track record in tax equity and other renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.Good business judgment and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving skills, including conceptual thinking.Ability to influence others and persuasive communication skills.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Admitted to practice law in Texas (TX).Skills:Strong analytical and writing skills.Good business judgment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving skills.Conceptual thinking.Ability to influence others and persuasive communication.Job Location:
