This position offers an opportunity to work on internationally recognized matters, particularly novel financing deals in the energy transition space.Duties:Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently.Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned work products.Manage deadlines, expectations, and perform duties with a high level of professionalism.Foster positive relationships within the firm and with external partners.Adhere to all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as required, including extended computer work and participation in virtual meetings.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree.3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Experience handling transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies.Proven experience in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.Good business judgment and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving abilities, with conceptual thinking skills.Ability to influence others and persuasive communication skills.Management skills for handling complex projects and tasks.Certifications and Skills:Admitted to practice law in Texas.Benefits:
