Oversee all financial operations and direct the financial planning and strategy.
Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Lead financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management.
Oversee auditing processes and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Develop strategies to optimize the financial performance of the company.
Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development and growth.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Proficient in financial management software and tools.
