This role offers the opportunity to exclusively represent digital health companies, including startups and founder-led ventures, across various stages from pre-formation to capital markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in healthcare technology, including AI, telehealth, and health apps, and possess expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate practice of medicine, reimbursement, and fraud and abuse advising.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to digital health clients on regulatory compliance issues related to healthcare technology and innovation.Draft and negotiate agreements, including client contracts, vendor agreements, and compliance policies.Conduct legal research and analysis on federal and state healthcare laws and regulations, including Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and False Claims Act.Advise clients on Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, value-based care models, and accountable care organizations.Assist with corporate governance matters, including entity formation, equity financings, and mergers & acquisitions within the digital health sector.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address legal, regulatory, and operational challenges faced by digital health companies.Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client service and support.Requirements:JD from an accredited law school.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or ability to waive in).2-4 years of experience practicing healthcare law with a focus on regulatory compliance.Strong understanding of federal and state healthcare regulations impacting digital health companies.Experience advising on corporate practice of medicine and state law considerations for multi-state practices.Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and concisely.Benefits:
