The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in healthcare technology, federal and state regulatory compliance, corporate practice of medicine, reimbursement strategies, and fraud and abuse advising.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to digital health clients on regulatory compliance issues, including HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and False Claims Act.Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policies related to digital health technology, including licensing agreements and vendor contracts.Conduct legal research and analysis on federal and state healthcare regulations impacting digital health companies.Advise on corporate governance matters, including entity formation, equity financings, and mergers & acquisitions within the digital health sector.Assist clients with navigating reimbursement issues with federal, commercial, and self-insured payors.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address legal, regulatory, and operational challenges faced by digital health companies.Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure exceptional client service and support.Requirements:JD from an accredited law school.Admission to the California Bar (or ability to waive in).2-4 years of experience practicing healthcare law with a focus on regulatory compliance.Strong understanding of federal and state healthcare regulations relevant to digital health.Experience advising on corporate practice of medicine and multi-state regulatory considerations.Excellent organizational and project management skills with a meticulous eye for detail.Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal issues clearly and effectively.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Good business judgment and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.Benefits:
