DSA is seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with an active secret clearance to join our team in Washington, D.C. Position currently primarily remote but 1-3 days a week onsite at the Pentagon is a requirement

Required Qualifications

Customer engagement experience, ability to develop relationships and understand customer needs1-5 years of PowerApps development experience building canvas apps1-5 years of PowerAutomate experience focusing on business process automation1-5 years of Power BI experience with intermediate knowledge in DAXAdvanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience with proven understanding of how SharePoint fits into the ecosystem of M365Foundational knowledge (with some experience) in Power Pages, Dataverse, Premium CapacitiesUnderstanding of UX/UI principlesIntermediate to Advanced experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of toolsUnderstanding of data visualization solutions and data modelingExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to complete tasks with little to no supervisionCOMPTIA Security + certification (Certification preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)Computing Environment (CE) relative to the position (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, or 400 other related certifications can be considered) - Certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)Desired Qualifications

Experience building model driven applications in Power AppsData Architecture experienceExperience supporting and interacting with Senior Leaders or Executive levelUnderstanding of Power BI Premium WorkspacesAbility to work with ambiguous and/or limited requirementsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and receptive to constructive feedbackKey Responsibilities

Support development and delivery of data visualizations, Power Apps and Power Automate solutionsDirect engagement with customers to define project requirements and manage customer expectationsDesign, build, and maintain model-driven/canvas Power Apps to support and enhance program and organization operations.Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity.Transform and integrate data using Power Query and data flowsParticipate in data governance activities to ensure data integrity, security, and complianceProvide analytics that enable optimal decision making and business knowledge to the organization's user communityAuthor and contribute to technical documentationAuthor and deliver reference and training resourcesMany of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
