This executive-level position demands a dynamic leader capable of navigating complex enterprise sales, cultivating deep relationships with top-tier clients, and transforming unstructured opportunities into actionable strategies. You will report directly to the COO and collaborate closely with the executive team to propel the company towards its ambitious growth targets.What You’ll DoOpportunity Identification: Surface and assess potential business opportunities, leveraging your extensive network and industry insights. Engage in pre-sale and post-sale activities to ensure seamless client experiences.Relationship Management: Act as a global super-connector, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including venture partners, private equity firms, and strategic clients. Ensure post-sale anchoring and client satisfaction.Market Expansion: Drive the expansion into new geographic and vertical markets, particularly focusing on our emerging and high-growth verticals.Collaboration and Networking: Work closely with internal teams, advisors, and leadership to convert high-potential opportunities into structured sales initiatives. Represent the company at key industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and build connections.What We NeedExtensive experience in senior business development roles, with a strong track record of success in complex enterprise sales and market expansion. Experience in tech or related industries is highly desirable.Ability to think big picture while also executing detailed plans. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with C-level executives and key stakeholders.A well-established network within the tech industry and beyond, with a proven ability to leverage connections to drive business opportunities.A proactive approach with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handling multiple priorities.Compensation:Base: $200,000Base + Bonus Target: $600,000This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
